Orders & Shipping
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you will then receive tracking information. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class and take 3-5 working days. These orders can be tracked by yourself using your reference number and require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a note for you to either pick up or rearrange your delivery. It is your responsibility to do this and AMAR hold no responsibility for doing this on your behalf. Once your order has shipped, AMAR do not track or check the status of delivery on any orders.
Order not received
We aim to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order after 10 working days please email email@example.com and please include your order number.
Please take care when ordering and review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
AMAR do not offer any refunds on products. Please ensure you order carefully and are fully satisfied when placing your order.
If your items are damaged after receiving them, please email us within 7 days and we will instruct you further.
